From an early age, I gravitated toward the creative process of art and design. I have fond memories of drawing and painting as a child, and I can recall how much joy it brought not only to me but others around me. That creative desire and passion lead me to the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). It was here that I developed my passion for art in the world of Graphic Design. I learned about the key aspects of what is considered good design and how to turn my passion for graphic arts into a career. I graduated cum laude from SCAD with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
I have held positions in my field for over 26 years, starting as a Multi-Media Specialist for Verizon/Directory Graphics, and advancing to an Art Director for video production work with PA Production Associates, Inc. I pride myself on producing high-quality work in a timely fashion - my very first hour of work is equal to the last. I am a detailed, organized, and highly efficient worker. I enjoy collaborating and working in a team environment and believe that artists help to inspire one another.
I cherish my morning coffee - I can’t live without it! In my spare time, I find delight in travel, photography, spending time with family and friends, raising two beautiful daughters, and enjoying our rescue pup, Lacey. I plan to travel back to Scandinavia - I am inspired by the clean design and aesthetics there, and the countryside is incredibly exhilarating.
